Goodby Foggy Bay |
We continue north, destination Ketchikan, Alaska. We joined the flotilla who stayed an extra day in Prince Rupert as we entered Revillagigedo Channel. We keep necessary "tools" ready at hand.
|
Tea, radios, sail gloves and cameras always at the ready |
Rain squalls escorted us all the way to Thomas Basin Marina, just south of the mega cruise liners. We feel like an ant next to a herd of elephants.
|
Allusion dwarfed by a Cruise Liner. |
The marina is harboring the fishing fleet, smells of diesel waft through the air, nets and gear fill their decks. I love collecting the names of the vessels and hope to compile some of my favorites!
